A native Californian, Danny earned both a B.A. and M.A. degree in Fine Art Photography from San Francisco State University, and has taught Fine Art Black & White photography for 12 years at the college level, as well as mentoring numerous up & coming professionals over the years. His other activities include; a lifelong passion for surfing, a practicing martial artist holding the rank of Nidan in Shorinji-Ryu, and the father of two great kids.

His wife Sue holds degrees in fine art and fashion design, and worked for a number of years as a graphic designer, before turning her creative attention to photography. She is responsible for all of the album design and production in our studio, and takes care of managing our team approach to client service. She is also an excellent photographer in her own right, with her own unique style & portfolio: She is available as a second shooter on our higher end local and destination wedding packages. We have no other employees, preferring to keep our work volume at a point where we can give each client our full attention.
